Took 6 of them to take down half a meteorite. Meanwhile, Lord Sasuke carefully placed an unconscious Hiashi on the ground next to Kakashi unnoticed and destroyed the other half of the meteorite with a simple chodori all within a fraction of a second.

And Kakashi's just standing there thinking, "Damn...if only I still had Obito's powers."

Are you sure? I freeze framed and rewatched it like 5 times and they don't look like clones to me. And Lee isn't wearing a headband while the others are. Besides that, I can't really tell to be honest. It would be cool to have an 8 gates squad.

And yea I saw that only Lee hit the meteorite...doesn't negate the fact that it looked like there were additional gate users.

Where did I say they were using the 8th gate? I said 8 gate users....is the name of the technique not the "8 inner gates"???...and within this technique is the ability to open 1st-8th gate.

Lee was positioned in the middle, while the others were there to hold the meteor back/in place. Lee then entered the 6th gate to punch the meteor and hoped that the whole thing would be destroyed.
