How fast is Naruto at end-manga (movie, epilogue, final fight)

and he speed blitz Kaguya.

FTG is instant, but thats travel speed. Light speed on foot? not bad but I think he's much faster than that if he could speed blitz Kaguya, and dodge Sasuke's instant teleportation speed.

While this is true Naruto is faster than sasuke in terms of CONSISTENT speed as Naruto is yang which is more speed oriented. Sasuke is faster in INSTANTANEOUS speed since he is yin. Since instantaneous isn't the same as keeping up momentum sasuke could not land a hit on kaguya. But since Naruto does have the consistent speed he can hit kaguya. It's all about momentum in the end.
