With just some rikudo chakra ,dms kamui was proved to be faster than rikudo chakra mode naruto top speed (when RSM naruto was struggling to enter kaguya's portal before it closed yet he failed though he was just about 2 or 3 metres away from it while exhuasted DMS obito was able to warp himself,sakura and naruto's clone before the portal closed,if he was to warp himself only,it would be even faster ,long range kamui would be even more faster)
With only some rikudo chakra ,he was fast enough to speedblitze powered up kaguya with kamui raiki and react to her portals
With more rikudo chakra and jiubi chakra ,he clears easily
