Not surprising. He was already banned for it once because his main is still banned. You could quite easily tell Lawliet or any mod about it and he's banned again.

Alts are alternate accounts. Usually secondary accounts that people use when their main accounts are banned.

Alt's are not smart, they don't even try to hide it, that's why they keep getting banned, I really don't understand why the mods just don't Perma ban them.

Most of them are obvious. People can't always hide who they are, or they always want to be known for what they are known for, and recognized for it even under a different profile. Some people hide it for a while but any alt that posts frequently doesn't stay off the radar too long.
