Kakashi should have also been able to pick up on that. Shino's bugs should have also been teleported by Kamui when Obito used it, much like how it was with those Paper Bombs Konan had. As always, Kishimoto must create plot holes in order to make Sakura relevant. This whole plot hole creation to make Sakura look good even happened throughout the war multiple times.

How the hell is that a plot hole? A plot hole is her deducing EXACTLY his powers then beating the shit out of him.

I think Kishimoto forgot about this scene. He should have had Naruto reference Sakura's observations instead of having one giant "testing the waters" battle. Would have saved him some space so he could have developed the total storyline as a whole. Also, this would have given Sakura SOME attention she deserved.

There's no proper explanation to how space-time jutsu specifics work in general. We don't know enough on the subject to call any so called "inconstancies" plot holes. Nor do we know enough on Dojutsu x-ray vision to say that anyone with the Byakugan or Sharingan should see through Tobi's abilities instantly, as that obviously isn't the case.

Shino's bugs I don't remember ever landed on Tobi once, though that does bring up the idea of why didn't they try that tactic, since it seems pretty foolproof.

Difference is that they weren't going to kill Obito as they no longer see him as a threat. Sakura however knew that eye was a threat that needed to be destroyed right away.

Sasuke couldn't use Susanoo at that time and the sword was able to piece Madara's flesh so he could have killed him. He wasn't be reckless.
