Manga showed that rinneblitz range was far greater than 10 meters when Sasuke rinneblitzed a Kurama avatar from 300-350 Meters away.

You mean that Madara and Kaguya didn't absorb his techs.

Madara didn't use many other paths like animal path (summonings) and jutsus like bansho tenin.

Kaguya didn't teleport team 7 into the acid dimension which would neg diff them.

Kurama explained that Sasuke couldn't attack and absorb at the same time. Hence, the reason why he didn't absorb Naruto's other jutsus. His rinnegan was new. A fully mastered rinnegan user can absorb and attack at the same time.

Sasuke can also repel jutsus with shinra tensei like Pein did.
