I know the allied forces were 80k strong to start with. Assuming all 5 division had equal numbers, all the divisions had 16k shinobi. I won't count the medical, sealing, and communications divisions in this equation because they are virtually non-factor. By the end of day 1 half the allied forces were lost so they were at 40k. Gaaras division hadn't even started fighting when Shikaku said that and after the day they did fight, and Madara dropped that meteor, only Onoki, Temari, Gaara, and Dodai remained of division 4 so 8k shinobi were killed there (its not 16k remember Shikamaru took half of division 4 to help division 1).

So 80k minus 48k leaves 32k remaining. Assuming they endured the same rate of loses on the second day, another half was gone, now they are at 16k. After day 2 they arrived to help Naruto. Once again, assuming they endured the same rate of loss in between Juubi impaling countless fodders with wood spikes and absorbing all the chakra turning them into skeletons, lets say another half was lost. They are now at 8k.

This is not even right though, this is my own interpretation of it based on how the alliance numbers were drawn in the manga. Its heavily flawed and even I hardly believe it because the numbers seemed even less than 8k but I do agree with you on one point, it was certainly at least over 1000. Lets just leave it at that.

My point is that sasuke got into a vulnerable position after facing only with 4 naruto bunshins. 1000 bunshins would have fodderstomped sasuke.

he got into a similar position with more clones around before but he still got himself out, in the end he always bests them. not like naruto is ever making 1000 in that state he was in.

Sasuke here is superior in speed and fighting. I've never heard of Naruto having the ability to defeat thousands of people without killing a single one. Naruto can't even make a thousand clones here. Kurama is restricted so he only has his regular chakra without any mutations(half Uzumaki).

Ugh. The amount of clones made is up to the user. And no he has had monsterous reserves with or without Kurama. Sage mode is proof of this.
