heres the last moments of the Naruto vs Toneri fight.

naruto seems to be in regular bijuu mode with kurama somehow fighting else where, wheres rikudou mode? where are the truth seeking balls? wheres all the sage's chakra? I really hope naruto didn't lose these powers if so he's not top 5 no more.

Toneri gets beat with a regular punch to the face. seriously how long was this fight? did naruto mid diff? i mean naruto is not beat up or nothing or tired for that matter.

Now i know why sasuke is not even in the final fight, Toneri woulda gotten stepped on by Perfect susano.

It just means that Naruto is that much stronger even without using RSM. So he didn't go all out. U_U
Since Sasuke has his rinnegan, Naruto should have his RSM too. May be Kishi didn't want to spoil it much for the anime fans so we didn't see Sasuke using his Rinnegan powers and Naruto using his RSM powers. May be that is why he designed a new exclusive form for Naruto. Also NAruto being the meeting place for all Bijuus just hints that he still retains his powers. U_U

theres manga spoilers at the start of the movie so thats no reason for kishi to hide RSM naruto or Rinnegan sasuke. everybody in japan knows about the manga, its not like in the US, and by the time this movie comes out in the US anime is gonna be long done.

naruto being the bijuu's meeting place has nothing to do with him having his Rikudou powers.

That's not even confirmed. There's no footage of Toneri cutting the moon in half, someone just said it and everyone got on the hype train.

OT: Yeah Naruto lost his powers and is fodder now. But since Sasuke kept his rinnegan he is way stronger. PS Neg Diffs

Whether Naruto has a specific rikudou chakra shroud anymore is debatable, but the most likely reason for it not being shown (if it is even still there) is because it has not been animated in the anime yet, so they chose not to show it.

Toneri was a global threat, and a major threat to Hinata due to his chakra having a suppressing effect on hers. However, due to not being trained as a shinobi, therefore not using chakra the same way, he is presented as not very threatening (to characters like Naruto or Sasuke at least.) He is a type of villain similar to Kaguya: all the power in the world, but lacking the martial mind to utilize it efficiently in battle. The times that he did really harm Naruto was because Hinata was being held hostage next to him, disallowing Naruto from using stronger attacks.
