and has another attack called "Chrono Paradox" that can destroy a universe only him surviving the attack.

the only one from another media who is probably stronger than him is the one above all from marvel since zeed was stopped by fusing him with his older good self causing him to stop destroying universes and turning to a neutral being making him one of the characters who were never effectively killed off.

there's alot of planet buster digimon out there and hell there's even a digimon who can split a star in two with a swing of his sword all this is from canon manga and digimon databooks since anime is targeted for younger people and some of the above is not shown.

-even IF by a miracle arceus managed to defeat him he'll be reborn in a more powerful form each time until he's stronger than him
