Am I the only person not seeing Gaara's fanboyism to Naruto?

The speech was good and everything, but I am really not seeing the fanboyism. Or is it because I don't care about him because of his lack of contribution ever since he got revived?

Harsh.

He is definitely a Naruto fanboy, but it is never as bad as people make it seem. I actually don't mind it at all. I liked his speech to the alliance.

Lol, that's what I am saying... or people just found another thing to fuss about?

Gaara became nihilistic and murderous after his uncle lied to him about his mother hating him and learning that his father put shukaku in him and tried killing him several times. Naruto compared to Gaara because they were both Jinchurikis and pariahs in their village. Naruto defeated him, spared his life, saved him from becoming a monster and made him open his eyes to how friendship beats being alone. In this sense, Naruto was the first person to not fear Gaara and acknowledge him, thus he regarded him as his first friend. Naruto later risked his life to save him again.

Following Naruto's example, Gaara was able to reform his village, get acknowledged by the people and become Kazekage.

This is how I see it.

It's becuase He has a hard on for Naruto. Can't you see that Kishi has a tendency to make the males in his series act homoerotic? I can't think of any men in the series that don't act like in the closet homosexuals.

Or perhaps you're just homophobic and create none-existent fantasies in your head lols.

Wait a minute... I thought you was taking Gaara's side and supporting him.

.....You've lost me lols.....

Were you asking why Gaara was Naruto's fan/friend or was it something else?

Ok, I was asking about how I am not seeing the fanboyism. The way you was explaining you didn't seem to be against Gaara.
