Oh,so you don't think Masashi had planned for what would happen after Itachi death at the beginning of the story? He already said that he decided Naruto Vs Sasuke would be the final battle early on,and chapter 698/699 are heavily focused on Sasuke more so than our main character Naruto.Yeah,it sounds like he hates Sasuke,lol.
