Conditions: Sasuke at 17 could use some rennigan techs with Susanoo so it's assumed Adult Sasuke can use all rennigan techs in conjunction with Susanoo

Rinnegan Sasuke w/ bijuu chakra wins without much trouble. PS is his full power.

Add in the the bijuu his full power multiplies to several times stronger than ever before. Rinnegan techs are useless since his regular PS was slicing Madara's Shinju sized CT. The other Rinnegan techniques are futile once PS is activated. Nothing can breach his bijuu PS besides the combined explosion of TBFRS,FRS and bijuu enhanced Indra's arrow.

Indra's arrow is absorbed by his PS.
Adult Sasuke can also shift his position causing indras arrow to hit teen sasuke an once thats done he'll be drained.
Even naruto with no killing intent, half a bijuu and only small portions of the others+senjutsu was able to stop Bijuu PS's strongest attack
Rikudo enhanced preta path channeled by PS would solo Lol
