[Question] ADMINS please read!!!- can you host my own manga here?

I want to start a manga, I am asian, but not from japan and I'm having a trouble in publishing it, I am thinking of publishing it in the beginning of 2015 but the problem is that it is not possible to contact publishing networks like shueisha , kondansha, etc... So since mangabase is an extension of this site after all, I'd like to ask you if you can be the host of this manga or something, I will try to ask mangapanda on their Twitter or Facebook page.
I'm trying to be rude or anything, I'm just asking...

Put it on deviant art or something and put a watermark over the entire image. That should stop it for the most part. Lol

Not meant to be rude Manga Panda or others are not Web comic Industry . They are leechers or thief who illegally take prints from Japan and Upload them in their Sites .

1.First tell me i Messaged i got no reply from your side ?

2. You are not telling me which country you are from ??

3 For the last time Japan don't accept foreigners as mangaka . They made a rule only local industry should have their people not gaijin or foreigners..

4. Go for Internship under some famous Comic Writer in your Country .

No .. Japan Mangaka's career is like getting IRS in US . You have to be native in Japan first place if you want to enter Japanese's Mangaka Industry .

US will welcome him . I don't know why people have loath for DC COMICS in first place . They have made some good work too like Killing Joke of Batman will solo any Japanese Work around.

Probably taste of art style, and don't want the typical "super hero" thing. Manga seems to have a broader range too.

my country doesn't make comics, plus I'm not even interested in it, AND Last I am asian but not japanese, I mean common not every asian is a japanese, you know, but they sell some mangas in my country that's translated but they're not popular mangas, so i don't find any problem in it, but, our publishers are not famous outside at all, that's why I am asking for help
