Ferguson incident is flaming a feud between the races?

So lately, after the jury came up with the decision of denying the accusations of killing a black man pointed towards an officer, I've been seeing lots of conflicts between the black and white people. White ones defending the officer, and the other way around for the black people.

Is this going to not end? This is a serious issue since traces of the slavery that happened in the past are still clinging in some people from both sides. This could create another racial feud between the white and the black people.

What do you think of this matter?

You do realize that, as of now, American blacks would be devastated in a full-scale race war, right (though this could change in the future)? It would be the second time the whites committed genocide (the first being with the Native Americans).
