Who was your first favorite character?

All the times we have threads over the base asking wich is your favorite/least favorite character...
But since im a little nostalgic today, let's go back to when we started watching/reading Naruto...
That bubbling excitment of that strange series of a little boy who wanted to be the Hokage...
So...Without further delay, which was your first favorite character?
Mine personally was Gaara. I started watching Naruto thanks to a friend of mine who was a sick Gaara fanboy. He kept telling me :"Dude! You have to watch it! There's a kid who fight with sand, and this sand protect him and crushes people to mush... It's awesome!"
So I watched. And indeed, It was awesome.

My first favorite character was Sasuke. I liked his bluntness and the subtle ways he showed he cared for his teammates.
