Back at the Kaguya arc, Sasuke tried using Amenotejikara against Kaguya which she easily countered.

Physics wise, nothing is faster than teleportation considering it's instantaneous. Kaguya easily countered Sasuke teleportation speed but couldn't counter Naruto raw speed. This pretty much confirms Naruto may be lightspeed.

One thing you left out is the length of Naruto's chakra arm compared to Sasuke's chidori.

Kaguya noticed Sasuke right away and since his chidori is closer range than Naruto's chakra arm, she reacted quicker.

However, Naruto's chakra arm provided the opportunity to mislead Kaguya, thinking she still had time to dodge Naruto because he was physically farther away, but his chakra arm extended, catching her by surprise

Seriously tho teleportation shouldn't be compared to speed since teleportation isn't a physical movement its just disappearing from one location and appearing in another whereas speed is actually moving along a path towards a target. So its not actually that unrealistic that kaguya could dodge sasuke since when he reappears he has no time to build momentum in his attack unlike Naruto who builds up massive momentum in his attacks while moving.

Well, this has been a naruto fanbase argument for a while.
Even though sasuke is aable to teleport in an instant his reacton timing is much slower then narutos, along with his striking speed. So even though sasuke can get to you "instantly" the time it take him to hit you is longer then the time it takes naruto to move with foot speed and strike you. Thus in actual combat Naruto is "faster" then sasuke.

Naruto is not light speed. Niether is sasuke.

Although as Bushi said: the gravity slowed down Sasuke, which is the entire reason she was able to dodge that. Naruto, on the other hand, used his Chakra Arm to hit Kaguya. He, himself, didn't reach her with his speed alone, though he closed the distance between them.

Kaguya lighten the gravity so she could fire her ash bones therefore there was no "slowing down" for sasuke and here goes the kaguya had her attention on PS excuse. I'm not actually saying he's lightspeed. But he may be near lightspeed considering some of feats he has done in this manga. Like how he blitzes 5 Bijuu-dama

Re-read what I posted, Sasuke instantly appeared before Kaguya, but she easily countered it. Meaning even in teleportation Sasuke couldn't do much. Mind you nothing is faster than teleportation.

E.g it will take 8 minutes to reach the sun even in lightspeed. But it takes instantly to reach the sun with teleportation. Sasuke didn't do much against Kaguya with teleportation but Naruto broke her arm with raw speed. That's an amazing feat in my book.

Actually Haku is light-speed. He users a demonic Ice-mirrors has a means of moving in lightspeed. Besides the movement of reflection rays to another mirror is lightspeed.

This. If people took their Naruto blinders off, they would notice something very obvious: Kaguya is STILL cringing on the floor. She is kneeling. Which means the gravity around her was still in affect. You can even see that Sasuke's legs are a bit bent when he's making the strike.

She also altered the entire dimension just to evade his attack. Naruto's speed is not greater than Sasuke on any front. Add S/T teleportation into the mix and Sasuke automatically becomes much faster.
