I think this might be real cause it has so many grammar errors and plus it's full length.

Grammar errors can be explained easily. Maybe a foreigner wrotte it. But yes, the length is what makes it actually fishy.

These spoilers tie up very well with the whole information we got till now about the movie and fit perfectly with the story. It seems legit to me.

And as someone said before, Naruto's kids were leaked before the last chapter and everybody thought that it was fake. But they were legit.

Where is it confirmed that it is 110 minutes? I saw one person saying this took, but didn't told where did he said that. Probably this is the only thing that didn't confirmed by the animators. Is it on Animenewsnetwork or somewhere?
