I think that out of the unknown list, closet perverts are:

Hinata

Ino.
Kurenai.
Shizune.
Tsunade.
Temari.
Kushina.

These women all wont admit it but they are closet pervs.
One Sexy no jutsu boy version and they will all get a bleeding nose
Perv blushes, faints and screams have revealed their pervness.

Kid Obito is an open pervert (he was like kid Naruto).
Yahiko fits in the Naruto type category and would be an open pervert.
Hagoromo I think as well. Sage types like him seem to be perverts. He reminds me a bit of Hiruzen too, who is an open pervert as well.
