Since when was it implied, ever, that chakra quantity has anything to do with what Preta Path can absorb? It's not at all like Yata Mirror, which is an obvious hyperbole with no feats other than tanking some explosive tags. With a defensive weapon like Yata Mirror, we know that the more firepower = more destructive force, and sufficient destructive force = breaks through defense. However, PP isn't a defensive weapon, it literally turns the user's chakra network in reverse, so as long as the user has the necessary chakra reserves, they can absorb the technique. And Edo Madara surely has the chakra pool capable of absorbing at least a few bijuudamas, theoretically infinite bijuudamas since Edos theoretically have infinite chakra.
It turns the chakra reserves spin into reverse to absorb chakra, the fact its taking something in means that there is a limit. No reason to believe that there isn't, I don't know who told you that the amount you absorb is equal to the amount of reserves you have, or who told you that quantity is irrelevant when that logically makes no sense. That's like saying me pouring water into a cup doesn't matter, even though the cup is taking something in, thus it has some kind of limit. Don't know who told you that it not being a defensive technnique has any relevance here either, but that isn't how it works for obvious reasons. Asserting otherwise (based on nothing) is a fallacy. That simple.
Edo Tensei have the same chakra levels they did when they were alive (Aside from those who got buffs in reserves) with the only perk being that the chakra regenerates.
What you are saying is equivalent to believing that Madara can absorb just as much chakra as he possesses, even though that is obviously false, considering the moment IT victim's chakra went into his body (not even after it was complete) he started to swell.
@Bold, um hello? Do you not consider rasenshuriken or jinton (a technique that literally turns your opponents to dust) a "big" technique? You have literally zero evidence to back up your assertion. There has never been a time in this manga where a Preta Path user did not try to absorb a technique, unless it was laced with senjutsu or rikudou chakra.
Yes, because Jinton and Rasen Shuriken are on the level of 1 Bijuu Dama let alone 11, lol. Because Preta absorbing FRS means it can absorb something on the level of 11 Bijuu Dama. Lets use logic here. The fact of the matter is, while you claim I have no evidence, you have yet to show me how Preta Path absorbs 11 Bijuu Dama without using one of the commonly used logical fallacies to support your argument. Fallacies don't make valid arguments, so in reality you don't even have an argument let alone a valid one.
Kaguya absorbed Amaterasu, from Rikudo Sasuke, never absorbed any of Rikudo Naruto attacks. Rikudo Chakra doesn't do anything adverse to you if you absorb it, and Senjtusu only hurts if you absorb too much NE and can't balance it. Kaguya is the Juubi, her power is Nature Energy, and she has boatloads of chakra. Madara has more chakra than Naruto has period. So no, there is no issue here, at all. Rikudo Chakra being unsafe to absorb is something you pulled from nowhere anyway.
It's completely fair since it isn't in the restrictions of this fight. Maybe you should add it. Either way, Edo Madara wins. He summons the drill-beaked bird and the lizard on top of it, which allows him to stay invisible in the air. From then, he uses the wood-style to distract Kurama and Chibaku Tensei to seal it. If that fails, the wood-style will restrict him long enough for Edo Madara to swoop down and use a large Almighty Push.
Its pretty hilarious how Hashirama fought this Madara in canon, yet Mokuton below Shinsuusenju was a non factor against PS Kurama, but here its some kind of factor.
