You have a ninjutsu that can block all other ninjutsu colliding with a ninjutsu that can destroy all other ninjutsu.

Logically, just because of how they were explained (Yata Mirror has all five elements infused in it, Gudodama has all five elements+yin-yang and bijuu chakra), I'd guess that the gudodama can break the Yata Mirror, but that's just a hypothesis.

People seem to think "touching" totsuka seals you..... While the databook specifically states you need to be pierced through by totsuka in order to be sealed.

So logically, yes they should be able to physical grab the totsuka blade and yata mirror.
