We don't know but some people translate the shunshin as teleportation jutsu

Kanji 瞬身の術
Rōmaji Shunshin no Jutsu
Literal English Body Flicker Technique
English TV Teleportation Jutsu

Body Flicker Technique (瞬身の術, Shunshin no Jutsu)
Ninjutsu, D-rank, Supplementary

A movement technique with extreme speed like a gust of wind!!

Appearing along with the wind, disappearing like the wind: the ninja's instantaneous movement technique. This super fast movement is almost impossible to grasp with the naked eye. If seen by an ordinary person, it would seem as if the user has teleported... In reality, the user has vitalized his body with chakra and moved at super speeds. The amount of chakra used up differs depending on the distance and elevation of their stopping point in comparison to the starting point.

I believe Shunshin is the teleportation jutsu, which is actually just extremely fast body speed. I can think of two instances, one where Sasuke blitzes Tobi and when Shino observes Tobi's jutsu.

The problem is that the differences between FTG, the body flicker technique (not sure if different from Shunshin), the Shunshin, and the teleportation jutsu were never clearly defined. They seemed to be used carelessly in the manga (like Rin referring to Minato's FTG as Shunshin). I know the differences between s/t jutsu and "teleportation" but not which applies to what technique.

I think it's open to interpretation unless Kishi addresses it in p3. Personally I highly doubt it's FTG, I think Kishi would have said explicitly so if it was, plus Naruto's BM speed is ridiculously fast so learning FTG wouldn't be super beneficial.

EDIT: NVM my ramblings, the other members have cleared it up for OP as well as me XD

Noobs always call FTG Body Flicker.
Ex. How Rin called Minato's FTG Body Flicker when we know damn well it was a FTG Blitz.

Naruto probably learned how to FTG from a secret scroll when he became Hokage.[SUB]
