How strong is Itachi really?

So far he only had on full one on one fight. That was against Sasuke. Hebi Sasuke.

That Sasuke in base form was outclassing and matching Itachi in every way. Itachi was sick during that time so he wasnt at full power. His chakra reserves are still not that high.

His speed is impressive along with his accuracy but his stamina isnt that high. Prolonged fights work against him.

His Susano'o basically kills him. He has two spirit tools. Yata and Totsuka blade. Yata matches any elemental jutsu and counters it. Totsuka seals anything it pierces in a genjutsu. If it cant catch an opponent then it cant pierce them.

Amaterasu is telegraphed by eye bleeding and can be dodged. Shown by Sasuke getting his avoided and Sasuke avoiding Itachis.

Tsukiyomi is his best tech. It breaks his opponents mind and can only be broken by an Uchiha. It requires eye contact though. People no better than to look in those things.

Itachi in his prime was high jonin level. He had overpowered jutsu that could easily be dodged by a faster opponent. Against the main cast in the war, he barely stands a chance. All just my opinion
