Haki alone has no stable durability point considering it depends on your lvl of haki plus the material you're hardening. If you have Boo lvl haki, you can't even bypass a funk brother body(fodder) with a sharp blade that doflamingo clone string can bypass. If you're hardening a paper with your haki, it won't be as hard as if you were hardening aluminium or a harder material and so on. According to Sanji, Vergo is as hard as steel something alabasta Zoro could cut. That is my point

Nope. If the Shikibukai were to be eliminated from the balance, the Yonkos would attack WG and that'd be the end for WG.
WG needs shikibukais to balance the power so the WG itself can keep standing.

Nope. The Shichibukai are insurance, yes, because the WG and Yonko are even. When two even sides go against each other, there's no telling who would win. The Shichibukai are there to tip the scales in the WG's favor.

Garp said the three powers balance each other, this means one thing and one thing only, they're equal to each other. He didn't say the Shichi and WG balance with the Yonko, he said the Shichi balance with the WG which balances with the Yonko, end of.
