Mang he already was too powerful with half Kurama, Sasuke had to get another power-up just to match him.
He would probably be twice as strong. There is a reason he didn't get both of them since the beginning.​

but he would be quite a bit stronger than he is already

then imagine a Full Kurama. Heck, without plot restrictions, Naruto can be the most powerful being in the NV
temporarily if all of the bijuu get released and all gather nature energy and all send it to him at the same time...
Imagine that... even more powerful than Kaguya!

Probably. I mean, after all, it was stated that he was going to get the other half previously. There's no reason for him not to get it now.
Although, theoretically, with him being so potentially powerful, and with an even more skilled Sasuke on his side, I don't see how
they don't instantly anihilate Tonrei.

Exactly my thoughts. Maybe they don't start powering up till the end like most dbz movies. But it wouldn't make sense for him not to get yang kurama back, considering yin kurama is low on Chakra as well.

Agreed, the amount of natural energy he would gather with that much Chakra would definitely put him on that lvl.
