Except it wasn't because of Sasuke it was because Madara snatched his eye out and Kakashi was falling over, it wasn't because of his S/T.

He wasn't in range when Madara had already jumped high. After Sasuke caught up, he was in range with Madara, and could teleport. Second one, no.

plus there are times where it seems like sasuke teleported sth TO him,instead of teleporting himself to it...moment where he teleported madara between him and naruto...the same happened with kaguya...

So basically you're saying Sasuke used his S/T from to get from Naruto all the way to catch up to Madara knowing he can't use it that many times in a row and continuously.
