It's basically like me counting DMS Kakashi/8gated Gai who have temporarily power-ups or Madara Jin/Obito Jin who have Jubi's support, Naruto jin with Bijus support and so on, but curiously you didn't mention anything about them

Just because they aren't the ones fighting doesn't mean they can't. Orochimaru wasn't interested in fighting yet until Hiruzen convince him.

Kabuto was fighting during the time of Itachi and Sasuke, while they're still Edo's laying around the battlefield still fighting. So them fighting is optional. And the Edo's act like any summoning like Toad contract, Snake contract, etc.

because hes the rival of madara, a juubi jin. this makes obito a redundant 3rd wheel in terms of stature.
and Kishi agrees w/ me, since he didn't bother giving obito a susano'o sublot, or a rival that approaches his own level.
