--hagoromo posessss the RSM the same mode which naruto posessss and allowed him to blitz even kaguya

Sasuke merged ALL of the Bijuu's chakra together, so he has all of it minus the other half of Kurama, along with his half of Hagoromo's powers.

I can agree with that, but then again he used his Rinnegan to merge the Bijuu Chakra together and his completion of the process was on Hagoromo's skill level.

Sasuke have all the tailed beast's chakra only because of his way about obtaining power, whereas naruto has only yin kurama helping him due to his way about communicating with the tailed beast and making him as a friend to help him at such times.

If sasuke is really PRO he should be able to talk to the 9 tailed beasts but that's not his ninja's way

It would appear Sasuke by feats was never close to Hagoromo. By the very fact he stalemated Naruto, despite half of Rikudou's and Bijuu's power, he still couldn't pass through Naruto. His usage of the Rinnegan is inexperienced and less in power compared to Hagoromo's and cannot maintain much use of Bijuu's Chakra.

Naruto and Sasuke got power from the former. Half each. Add all the Nature Energy on Earth to Naruto's 50% and the 9 Bijuu combined (Basically the Juubi) to Sasuke's 50% and you come to the obvious conclusion that Naruto and Sasuke are on Rikudo's level. That simple.
