Why do women say they want a good guy but always want the bad ones

Like if you ever noticed some not all women say they want a good man but always like a guy with the looks over personality then when they end up with them sometimes they are happy. I just don't get it is it cause they shallow or hypocritical of themselves. A perfect example is like Sakura liking sasuke and naruto being good guy when sasuke left naruto was their to comfort her just like what happens in most cases whats ur take on it?

This is human nature. Some girls can come off as shallow or maybe it is just preference? Either way, I think they lose their self worth after they have been abused or verbally abused by a guy but continues to follow or be with him because of his nice hair, while another fella has been with you even longer but doesn't look as attractive as the mean guy with nice hair. I think it's a parade of bs.

Sakura should have no reason to like Sasuke, especially in part 2 when Naruto has been the good encouragement to her, but in all honestly I prefer if Sakura was alone for being so shallow and stupid.

I'm not even sure. But I've heard others' opinions. One guy who asked a question on a site I was on said there was a study done.

I came across an independent study that was interesting.Women stayed with controlling and domineering partners despite lies,cheating, and abusive treatment recieved from the males. (Alpha Male) While the women the women left or cheated on men who were sensitive,caring,and thoughtful.(Beta Male) They shared the house chores,pulled in equal income,and did things couple should do.

All women want a man who is (In their opinion) a provider, has good physical features, and is confident. To what degree or which is more important is a case by case situation. Also pending on priorities/up bringing one may trump over the other making other factors less important.

These values often out weight what every women needs. Which is encouragement, to be loved and cherished, and to be important. God created women to need and want these. Often women need to settle because boys are not taught how to be men.

So the real issue is not that women make bad choices, its fathers and boys not leaving them any real choices to start with.
