Is my character over powered?

Im drawing a manga eventually after i get the story perfect and get some character designs. I (as of right now) mostly know my main characters entire moveset but i feel like im making him overpowered. This is more or less his move set by the last arc. He's also the equivalent of a juubi jin, theres "normal" energy and he's made up of "sage energy". This is off topic but it includes stuff from naruto lol. if you know what each is you dont need to click on the spoiler.

He's as strong as rm naruto in base. His techniques are(im listing things from other animes that are close enough for you to get an idea of what he can do)

Rikudo Cloak(No chakra arms or other perks just greatly enhances base stats and defense)

FTG, he can only use this by teleporting to a part of his weapon if he is touching the weapon (its a chained weapon and he can only do this in base)

susanno(this cant be used while "second gear is in use and vice versa) also im not sure whether his should have legs or not.

Fission Technique(without the drawback of cutting his energy in half). I cant get the picture but its the move muu uses to split apart

Kamui snipe. Its not really like kamui, he can suck up any projectile but he doesnt gain the energy sucked up.

Inner demon(can be summoned through fission, can also transfrom into it like a jinchuriki can) Its like perfect susanno but the demon itself.

Actually, it's all relative. What's the series about? Are other characters basically like that? Or is this basically "One Punch Man"?

Also, generally speaking, powerful techniques should have equal consequential drawbacks.
EXAMPLES
- Mangekyou Sharingan causes blindness and intense Chakra consumption
- Gear Two tires the user and shortens their lifespan
- Super Saiyan 3 eats the Ki of the user tremendously quickly causing insanely dangerous fatigue and energy drops

yea it might help if you had characters to compare him to lol. well another one is this guy who's stronger (energy wise) to then the main character. he can

-kill anyone in 2 seconds by touching there bare skin(the energy from the person is transferred into him)
-raise the dead
-shoot blasts of energy that kill life
-also has a "cloak" and jin transformation.
-also is made up of "sage energy"
-hyper fast regeneration and if he is beheaded (and left alone) he can quickly regenerate before passing out.
- can turn into a skeleton (this removes his organs)
-he also has this "field" where anything in it has its energy slowly absorbed.

now, when you say whats the series about . .? lol

Completely. He shreds any Naruto character. Kamui and Tailed Beast Cloak with Susano'o and all that other stuff is just too much. Try to narrow down to a certain technique and expand on that. The Kagune is kind of useless compared to all those other powers.

IMO, a bunch of OP haxxed characters will just be a mess of a manga. Don't do it

well there are more characters that can stand up to him(6 or 7 others).

a quick summary is that. god created everything yatayatayata. he then created this beings(made of his energy but no where equal to him) to govern the world because life couldnt handle gods presence (he rests in another dimension). these beings are called lords and have a powerful soul. these lords then (years later) went to war over conflicting opinions. they then turned humans into monsters (giving them a stronger soul) to fight for them. no progress is made and lords go into a slumber.

NOW! the humans who were given powers have there own unique energy (lesser form of gods energy). they get stronger by eating other "tainted" human souls. if a they go to long without eating a soul they turn into a real beast and lose their conscience. this beast has essentially the same soul and its soul can be eaten by the "tainted" humans. (they both also use the same energy). a human can only go back if he eats a pure untainted human soul but a monster can never revert back. a monster can also eat any of the 3 souls to get stronger. stronger the souls the stronger you get. a tainted human, and a monster can though, eat a lords soul and gains its power. the main character (through depressing events) finds a lords soul and because this lords goal was to save humanity he lets the main character eat him, but he cant use his powers yet because his body isnt strong enough and it will kill him.

there are about maybe 8 lords with unique abilities. also each tainted human and monster are ranked by how high their energy is (which raises by eating soul), E-S. gods energy trumps regular energy so gods energy ranked a E will be greater then regular energy ranked at E.

im not sure if i answered your question and i dont want this to be a page long post lol. unless you wanted more details. if you ever played dark souls it should make some sense(the actual plot of the main character is different though). the story is really centered around what each lord wants to do and how it will effect the world.

also, i forgot that if anyone other thena pure human is killed, and there soul is not eaten then they come back to life. if a tainted human comes back then he comes back closer to transforming. if a pure human is "tainted" they can come back as a tainted human.
