Borrowed Powers

[The Masked Sage]

Many people use this argument to bash characters like Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Kakashi, Obito, Kabuto and etc.

Yet they fail to remind themselves that every shinobi that has been seen to use chakra has a borrowed power.

First lets go back to the story of Kaguya

We can see here that all Chakra belonged to the God Tree.

Here Kaguya has been showed to consume the fruit which has the Chakra. Also it shows that the Sage of 6 Paths spread out Chakra to everyone.

Thus all shinobi have borrowed powers.


If we disregard this fact we can see that some shinobi got other borrowed powers.

Naruto - Kyuubi/SO6P Chakra

Sasuke- Itachi's eyes/ SO6P Chakra

Madara- Juubi, Hashirama's DNA

Obito- Hashirama's DNA and Juubi

Kabuto- All that DNA

Kakashi- Obito's eyes/DNA

To be honest this is true



Another thing...

Several members say that Itachi has no borrowed powers.

-He has Shisui's eye

-He also has the Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror

Thus it is invalid if one says that he has no borrowed powers.


Edit- Remember I did not say anything about the listed characters up there being weak. Most of them are top 10

It would be one thing if Itachi did not use Shisui's eyes or the weapons but he did so it is considered borrowed

I agree. They have obtained the power because of plot and they have every right to use it in a battle (in threads) unless specified
