The Chinese translations manage to find their way to the internet with these things, but not the Japanese. Same issue as with Rock Lee's spin-off.

I just want Japanese raws so I can partially understand the jokes.

Personally I prefer Springtime of Youth, Lee is a much more underrated yet interesting character for comedy. Also I'm bitter because Sauce got a spin-off before the sand sibs did.
