Naruto was able to use the Myomojin gates as well, and I doubt that he has Mokuton, even if he is inside of his own mind.

He can use Myojinmon to pin them to the ground as soon as they start flying.

Wood clones can trick them for eternity and they'll use up chakra for Jinton.
He can use multiple genjutsu techs to distract them and catch Muu and Ohnoki off guard while they try to break it.

-Then he traps them with any Jukai Kotan,Mokujin no Jutsu,Mokuryu no Jutsu variant and restricts their movements permanently.

Mayfly isn't a Mokuton jutsu for one, don't know where you got that from. Mayfly is an ability Zetsu uses and Madara, Hashirama and Yamato can use something similar to it, which is unnamed. An ability granted via Hashirama's power doesn't have to be a Mokuton Jutsu. A jutsu granted by having Mokuton doesn't mean that its a "Mokuton" jutsu.

Naruto has said "Fuuton" Rasen Shuriken before. Him leaving it out once means nothing. Hashirama has NEVER said "Mokuton: Myojinmon" EVER.

I don't know why you have to assume any jutsu that comes from Hashirama has to be Mokuton, but that line of reasoning is flawed. Nothing begins to imply its a Mokuton jutsu, so it isn't.

They have a huge advantage with their flight.

FTW is useless if they fly over the flowers, and mokuton golem is countered by Rock Golems. And Hashirama has not demestrated any speed feats that would allow us to believe that he could catch onoki and muu after they have used ultra-light weight tech on each other to greatly increase their speed.

All it would take is for Onoki to use

Oh God, you again. SM Sensing > Mu's invisibility. Hashirama's bunshin > Mu or Onoki. Main one takes out the rest. He either outlasts them or kills them, no matter. He can probably even blitz Onoki considering him and Madara are in the same speed tier, and Madara blitzed SM Naruto, whose reactions are far better than that of Onoki or Mu.

People forget that madara and hashirama having very diffrent fighting styles.
The reason why madara was able to shit at joung onoki and jonin Muu was that the duo expected an alliance treaty, there were unprepeared while mdara planned to fight them.
Muu wasnt able to use jinton because of onoki was there, his student.
I doubt onoki was able to fly and use jinton back there.
Madara clearly had the advantage with his sharingan.
I know this is just an assumption, but it is logical.

The iwa duo can destroy every attack of hashirama with jinton, even an army of woodclones would get vaporisted in no time.
The big budda would get lighten by Muu who can sneak near the budda without hashirama noticing.
Both of them can fly and muu as a great reaction speed, dodging kcm narutos rasengan even in air.
