No, he does not; or at least, Madara and the others do not. Mayfly is a Mokuton jutsu, however, does he say imply Mokuton in such cases? No, he does not. Yamato, Zetsu and Obito all use minor Mokuton, however never state the jutsu out loud. Same with Mokuryū, that was used without even mention the technique at all[

]. This is not just a weak evidence, but also opposable.
Mayfly isn't a Mokuton jutsu for one, don't know where you got that from. Mayfly is an ability Zetsu uses and Madara, Hashirama and Yamato can use something similar to it, which is unnamed. An ability granted via Hashirama's power doesn't have to be a Mokuton Jutsu. A jutsu granted by having Mokuton doesn't mean that its a "Mokuton" jutsu.

and Madara stated its a wooden dragon. Mokuryu translates to Wood Dragon. Moku=Wood. Ryu= Dragon.
Naruto has said "Fuuton" Rasen Shuriken before. Him leaving it out once means nothing. Hashirama has NEVER said "Mokuton: Myojinmon" EVER.
Weak evidence? Come on now. I've yet to see
any kind of evidence from you or the others who say that Myojinmon is Mokuton. None whatsoever. I don't know why you have to assume any jutsu that comes from Hashirama has to be Mokuton, but that line of reasoning is flawed. Nothing begins to imply its a Mokuton jutsu, so it isn't.
