There are various reasons but we have to start somewhere
1. Chibaku tensei - we all know how powerful this is, it took a bijuu bomb, rasen shuriken and a yasaka Magatama to destroy one while sasuke is making 9 at one time
2. Perfect susano - aside from being the ultimate armor sasukes has a lot of abilities. He still has ems so imagine aPS engulfed in Amaterasu. Not to forget it can also fly
3. Rinne techniques - hasn't been confirmed but considering that sasuke can use CT he can probably also use Shinra tensei aswell
4. Teleportation - remember when madara charged at sasuke and sasuke switched places with his sword? What if Naruto does a rasen shuriken and just right before it hits sasuke he switches places with Naruto.

Logically sasuke takes this. Narutos known abilities are multi shadow clone, goudama, rasen shuriken variations and insanely fast speed...that really doesn't compare. But knowing Naruto he probably can do the ashura thingy with his power and that may be OP...but as of now...sasuke has the upper hand

Naruto just stays out of range or blows up the technique before sasuke switches places with it, or has a clone ready to kill sasuke once he switches places with sasuke. There are so many ways naruto deals with his S/T, and naruto is actually way faster at attacking someone than sasuke is.

I donʻt see how you can say "that really doesnʻt compare" when youʻve made no effort to make any comparison. Youʻve literally just listed things that sasuke has, explain what they do and thatʻs it. Sasuke absolutely does not have the upperhand by feats or by hype, even with his S/T he could never even lay a finger on kaguya while naruto outright blitzed her. Naruto fought her solo for a bunch of chapters and even pushed her back while sasukeʻs greatest weapon: PS got fodderized by mere chakra punches.
