You can't even see the clones hand with that scan. Besides it wouldn't make sense for Naruto to look at the seal and say he feel like he can do anything and having the seal on Guy with it healing his whole body. Don't think that can be a coincidence.

Not necessarily. The sage placed the seals on their dominant hands. So even without the seal, naruto would still use his right hand to heal people. We wont really know until naruto tries it again.

His left hand was portrayed the same way as Naruto's right hand when they first showed their powers. Does that mean his right hand or his entire body can't do the same thing?
