I don't think she can regenerate if the Lotus snaps her neck. Also, Sakura has no means to even touch him. Even at this point, Lee is still one of the fastest characters in the manga.​

Speed is a great factor in battles, especially in this. Lee is too fast for anything Sakura can offer; Taijutsu, Ninjutsu whatever you could call it. Not even one is hitting him when he's using Hachimon. So if Sakura can't touch him, what can she do? Exactly.

And that's not all. While Sakura is getting her ass kicked like a rag doll, how exactly is she going to touch Lee?
