...Faster then Sasuke's susano'o arrows.

Granted by his impeccable sensing capabilities; DSM Kabuto was able to effortlessly avoid the susano'o arrows as shown below in the spoiler:

What Kabuto couldn't react fast enough to, in order to completely avoid, was Itachi's shunshin strike:

Thus, Itachi speed blitzes the likes of any shinobi below DSM Kabuto's [top tier] reaction and perception level before they can barely move a muscle; as even Danzo [ ] and Kakashi [ ] were incapable of even weaving handseals to counter the susano'o arrow, which is inferior in speed to Itachi's shunshin. Greatest Of All Time.

I was expecting a full-depth analysis from you Adobo hmm

Nevertheless, Itachi's Shunshin is certainly top-tier. I'm curious as to what would of happened had he actually been going for his neck.

He also missed the part where kabuto had enhanced sensory and reflexes with SM to dodge the arrow and that Kabuto fought them with his eyesight closed the whole fight, relying only on his snakes and other sensing. The feat crumbles when you consider that.

You didn't account for the fact that Kabuto lowered his guard and was distracted by the Karasu bunshin, but yes, he is one of the fastest in base form.
Wasn't necessary. Kabuto sensed Itachi here...

Note the [!]. There wasn't a question mark [!?] hinting that Kabuto was caught off guard. He sensed and percieved Itachi, yet failed to competely avoid the shunshin strike.

Sorry to disappoint you, lol. Perhaps another time I will revisit this and provide a full depth analysis. I just felt this was his most significant feat and all that was needed to prove my point.

You can't judge somebody's shunshin speed when they have no intention to kill in battle or they at their weakest moment in life(itachi's sickness). So we'll never know.

You didn't, but imo Itachi against Naruto and Bee (specifically Bee) was more impressive to me. A lot of conclusions could be drawn from their battle. Itachi's Shunshin/reaction speed are some of his most underrated aspects.
