Chapter 692 Sasuke's Revolution

He is still a juvenile with naive and childish dreams. Everything Itachi tried to teach him went right in one ear and out the other.
Trying to defeat Naruto and kill the Kage is all the proof we need that Sasuke has learned nothing and not grown a bit in neither stature or wisedom in the last 600 chapters.

Kishi has pretty much ruined this character, i dont know why but he has.
My opinion, you dont have to like it.

If anyone is juvenile and childish in their dreams it's Naruto. He believes the system can still work, while Sasuke the realist has identified that it's failed and is actually taking action. Naruto was going to do the same crap over again.

He has grown, just not in a positive way... Madara, Obito, Danzo, BZ,etc. all grew into the people you saw before you.
