I think he was talking about the social reactions although I have read numerous incidents which lead me to believe that women are favored in court more often that not. In the west rape is mostly frowned upon and the victims are usually acknowledged as such. Incidents like this aren't nearly as common as male on female rape, but when they do pop up the male victim wont receive the same amount of sympathy they would if they were a female.

Welp rape is rape, if the charges stick she'll go to prison. I find it interesting that she is pregnant and already has 2 children, although that is from facebook.
