Kurama is split Dark Kurama is in Naruto and Light Kurama is outside. When a tailed beast is split another conscious is born hence Dark and Light Kurama. So technically speaking the TB Chakra's inside of Naruto will only grow stronger in the future as they already have a different conscious.
