She would break out. Genjutsu doesn't work on her and even Kurama could break out of that level of CT if he wasn't under genjutsu.

That level was nowhere near the one used on Kaguya, though. He's probably smart enough not to try something so pointless

Pretty much like everyone else said, the Chibaku Tensei only worked on the Bijuu because they were under a Genjutsu.

Nah, Sasuke ain't that strong. Kaguya can't be tamed nor would Sasuke be able to create something massive enough to hold her, he knew it would take both him and Naruto to seal her and that alone would work so no use in attempting that against her.
