Gai versus Jiraiya

Ey, who do ye' think'd win this? I personally am torn between the two. I'll just lay down two scenario's below.

Scenario 1:

Location - Standard empty field.

Distance - 30 meters

Intel - Manga

Mind set - In character

Restrictions: Eighth Gate, Sage Mode.

Scenario Two:

Location - Kisame versus Gai

Distance - 30 meters

Intel - Full

Mind Set - In character

Restrictions: Eighth Gate.

Ahh good one. In character Gai in some cases won't go straight into the gates but with intel on Jiraiya, he may be forced to.

He wins Scenario 1 for sure med diff considering SM is restricted. It may be low if he decides to enter the gates quickly

Scenario 2 may be the same considering it takes a while to enter SM. However if he does go into SM, he'll be much tougher for Gai even though Gai still wins.

Only way I see Jiraiya possibly pulling off a win, is if he enters SM. Highly unlikely against an opponent like Gai. 7G contested with Rikudo Madara momentarily... that feat alone rapes any and all of Jiraiyas reaction feats displayed. All Jiraiyas ninjutsu are pretty much rendered useless when Gai forces him into CQC; where Jiraiya can get easily blasted by a Hirudora from point blank range. But then again, Jiraiya could play the summoning and bunshin game.... Nah, Gai takes it.

Gai destroys in both scenarios. He destroys in S1 since Jiraiya is restricted to Base while Gai still has the 7th Gate. Hell, even the 6th Gate already shitblitzed Kisame, who has better reaction feats than Base Jiraiya IIRC. He destroys in S2 because with intel, Gai will beat him to a pulp so fast that he won't have a chance to enter Sage Mode.

S1 6 Gates is enough for Guy to win, S2 even if Jiraya somehow gets SM, 7 gates Guy wrecks him.

IDK... Once Jman enters SM its gg. Secret Frog Barrier ends him, but the question would be does a ninja Like Gai allow him to enter SM. Plus the Fact Gai never enters &th Gate unless he has to, and with Base Jman he wouldn't have to. Allot of things to consider. But once SM is on, things get's real-real quick! haha
