There was an image that has the title/credits for episode 385, but it is obscured and all you can see is "chiha O". I think it probably says "I am Uchiha Obito", the same title as chapter 654

One of the animation director names is visible (Masaya Onishi), so 385 should be average or good.

Same. I'm hoping the more face paced, action oriented fights are done by the same guy who did the fight between Obito and Kakashi in 375.

Well, that's quite disappointing. I wanted at least a "great" rated animator for episode 378, considering that's when Juubito wrecks havoc the most.

It's nearly always been the same.

Studio Pierrot breaks a sweat after increasing the animation budget for one ep, and goes into economy drive. One of the few scenarios where that hasn't happened was with 248 and 249, where we got Yamashita followed by Masayuki Kouda.

They established that it was Naruto's birthday the day after they fought Obito in the manga, it might not be filler.

In 379 obito wrecks havoc too and the animator kumiko horukoshi is very good, don't be dissapointed
