Susake did not give the akutski 8 tails chakra. It was a fake hachibi and jinchuriki which he captured.
He did however help the alliance in the war by
-Reviving oruchimaru(which then revived edo tensei hokages)
-Helpig to fight the ten tails
-Preventing team 7 from getting trapped under infinte tsyukomi thanks to his susasano working with his rinnengan
-He helped to defeat and seal kaguya(although se may not actually be defeated yet...)

the biggest thing Sasuke actually did was protecting T7 from MT, assisting in sealing Kaguya, and assisting in defeating Obito. Even against Kabuto, Itachi practically did the lion's share of the work, so it's a stretch to say he helped end ET when it was Itachi that did it really. Sasuke should consider himself lucky just to get a pardon, because for the most part, he kind of did a whole lot of nothing compared to the person/persons who did the actual heavy lifting. He's just been in a tag along role for the whole time he's been involved in the war.

comparing Osama to Sasuke can only be someone's desperation if he/she has read the manga or knows anything about the shinobi system in NV.

i read what you said, and it's apparent you have no legit rebuttal if that's going to be your comeback. I stand 1000% by what i said, so feel free to call me crazy until you turn blue in the face. Declaring one's intent to commit mass murder w/o remorse or mercy is the same color shade, no matter how you want to paint it. The real world is a violent one driven by revenge and politics, but that doesn't mean it completely absolves someone of their behavior. What makes it even more interesting is that for that moment in time, Sasuke was the exact same thing he accused Itachi of being not long before.

His International Criminal status will be revoked and Tsunade will let him do as he pleases [kinda like Jiraya] as long as he doesn't attack the Village which he wont.

Naruto becomes Hokage, Sasuke travels around the world and protects the village from the shadows.

Sasuke has undoubtedly played a large role in this war. He helped stop the Edo Tensei by tagging along with Itachi and assisting in Kabuto's defeat, indirectly saved the SA a couple of times by reviving the Hokages and allowing them to take part in the war, and played a large role in Obito's and Kaguya's defeat. Whether you believe these achievements makes up for his criminal acts or not, is for you to decide. Personally, I think he has done enough to redeem his character.

1) Naruto's KA set up Itachi to go after Kabuto. 2) Sasuke tried to kill Kabuto a couple time at the start of the fight with Itachi telling him not to, yes he helped but it wasn't to help anyone but Itachi. 3) stopping Edo Tensei did pretty much nothing, the only free Edo's were Madara, Chiyo and Kimimaru and only Madara stayed and he was the real threat while Gai and Kakashi could have handled Chiyo and Kimimaru with their backups. 4) Sasuke helped revived the Juubi so he indirectly resulted in many death like Neji, Shikaku, Inoichi, Ao, and many others.

5) helped caused Juubi Jins to be created by helping make the Juubi Jin. 6) Sasuke uncaring attitude shows he could care less about what he did or what others think about it. 7) some people like to make excuses that Obito cut a tentacle from Bee but guess what, that was after the Juubi revival started and it only happened because Bee was blocking giant shurikens aimed at Naruto who caught the last one. So the fight would have been different if Obito didn't have the 8 tails tentacle and he only shown interest in capturing Bee and Naruto in general.

8) helping in the world only would make up for helping Akatsuki but it doesn't make up for the death he directly caused and indirectly caused. Doesn't change that he left Konoha, killed a Hokage candidate (yes we all know Danzo deserved to die but look at it from the point of view of the NV who sees a missing Ninja who joined Akatsuki, attempted to kidnap the cloud Jinchuuriki, and attacking the Kage Summit prior), being a missing Ninja is the death penalty alone but being a international criminal is death penalty, attempting to kidnap Bee is one as well as A asked Konoha if he could kill Sasuke, Ataacking the 5 Kages would have resulted in Sasuke death if Gaara didn't save him from A/Zetsu saved him from Mei, Obito saved him from Oonoki.

To redeem himself means he needs to change how he is, actually care about people and want to create bonds with them, spend a lot of his time doing things to help others to help them and not because the end goal helps him (like how Naruto would save anyone he can such as Kakashi and Sakura from falling in the lava while Sasuke didn't care if they died.

pls, Naruto was putting foot to ass practically all of Day 2. Sasuke didn't decide he wanted to get involved until it was mins/ a couple of hrs before Day 3, and that was only after yet another story concerning Itachi got told.
