Going by actual facts...

There will hardly be any cooperation in team 2, but team 1 can utilize some teamwork to get this job done...

1- All uses S/T, so they'll be slippery for team 2...
2- Sasuke and Minato's BM provide enough fire-power to actually get past team 2's defenses...

Only Madara has enough reflexes and speed to stand up against S/T users but he can't deal with 3 of'em at a moment...
