UPDATED: August 27, 2014 Head's up folks! News down the grape wine is that Japan is cracking down on manga leaks and piracy. As one of the measures taken, WSJ will not be delivered to book stores a week earlier than the scheduled publishing dates of the magazine, anymore. If it's true then Jump raws won't be out till Friday or so. People needing their weekly manga fix may end up going into withdrawal for sometime but it cannot be helped if it turns out so. We have to be ready for this possibility that we will get the manga a week or 6 days late from now on. Further info will be added when we get it. Thank you for for being patient and understanding!

If the above statement is true then yeah, that'll be the case with Naruto and other WSJ mangas. But not even the mods know that for a fact so I'm just gonna wait the whole thing out until a chapter actually comes out before I assume what would be the new schedule for the manga to come out.

The Viz weekly release is really what we have to depend on now. Japan doesn't want people to pay for the manga chapters (From what i've been reading here?) They just want the Americans to read the chapter the Same day Japan readers do which is Four days after the raws are translated.
Japanese manga stores usually get the weekly jump on Wednesday, but they are allowed to sell it four-five days late which is monday, but American manga sites usually get the raws translated 4-5 days before Japan can actually sell it.
Nothing will change only the day which we read the chapters.

It wouldn't be on Monday unless WSJ decide to distribute the magazines to stores on the day they're meant to be released. We'll probably get the chapter on Friday, if not, then the weekend.
