Sasuke can easily dodge Kakashi as well and has his own S/T technique and PS to boot.

Kakashi also knows Kage-Bunshin no jutsu.

In regards to Sasuke, honestly, I don't see him blitzing Kakashi, he can counter Susanoo with Kamui, the teleportation jutsu has a cooldown, easy.
