If he goes to warp sasuke, and sasuke uses his s/t, isn't the out come basically the same as when he fought Minato.

If he's using intangibility out of fear of sasuke using s/t sasuke has no warp to fear

Kamui is useful for multiple things in battle.
Send that guy into that dimension you say? OK.
Pull out a bunch of beast from that dimension you say? OK.
Get the f*ck away from the giant explosion thats gonna devastate everything in the range of 40 miles you say? OK.
Take the head off of that guy you say? OK.

Then we have Sasuke's S/T
What can we do with this exactly?

Seconds for the user to get there, because reality is, that's instant enough.

kakashi with kamui was fast enough to warp part of the ghedo statue mid summon(coming out of obito). do you know how fast something is summoned? extremely fast. not to mention it came out of obito in 1 panal or 2 showing how fast the summoning was. with that speed gaara, ooniki, mizukage, and tsunade arent avoiding it. especially in the hands of its owner. so your wrong about the speed of kamui snipe.

-kamui warp can counter sasuke's s/t. but kamui can be more useful in battle. just because rinne tech is fast enough to avoid snipe, doesnt make it any less useful. after teleporting 3-4 times cool down.

-i can still punch you in the face while your hhand slips through mine and after i pin you down warp you into kamui. it is very good at cqc.

-if a kamui user kamui's and avoids the rinne tech attack then it does matter because once that cool down takes effect its useless

right before deidara exploded, sasuke reverse summoned himself with his snake to block the explosion. that shows how fast a summoning is. kamui snipe doesnt have to be instant but if you think gaara and alot of others are fast enough to dodge something that can snipe a summoning then your crazy.
