+ medical nins were toguht basic combat for evasion and were always told to escape a fight at all cost
+ nins have flash bombs and all other accessories for combat evasion and escape
+ assination nins are usually the second act of a complete assination attempt, first the infiltrator to gather intel then the assasin.. are you trying to tell me the infiltrator is a "wack"?

ninjas dont go by the rule "kill or be killed" when he is fully equiped with al necesaties to "not be killed".

Wrong on all accounts.

Danzo still survived and was running away. If he pierced his heart, he would have died on the spot almost like Obito. Danzo took his own life.

Sasuke never killed any samurai. Don't know where you got that from.

Deidara committed suicide. He wasn't even fatally injured.
