Top 10 lists are futile. Bias and difference in opinion will always prevent accuracy. Tier lists are much more suitable, though nobodies really into that round here.

if you go by feats Madara >> Kaguya he soloed literally the entire naruto verse
also Prime Kakashi has no feat yet except perfect susano'o

With the Jutsu Kaguya created.
If you go by fears, Kaguya doesn't even fight Madara. Kaguya simply embarrasses him.
