Guys, think logically. Aside from the fact that Sasuke said he can swap places with this technique, you also have to take into the account Naruto. They have to constantly be on par with each other so the movement is probably instantaneous. Didn't think that would be the major issue here.

Simply because Sharingan allows the user to predict movements of the opponent. I believe that in an advanced Uchiha like Sasuke, his speed becomes even faster simply by their predictive abilities. Also, you have to take into the account of the being equals to some extent. If you give everything to Naruto, he could easily beat him, but I digress.

But Naruto has threat perception and enhanced reflexes because of senjutsu too along with his high combat speed......look what happened to blind sm Madara vs Tobirama due to sm's enhanced threat perception!!
Anyway Naruto is faster and agile in all aspects other than teleportation!! U_U

Sure, he has to have it if Sasuke has some benefits from the Sharingan. If they both use instant movements, they're equally fast.

Naruto has just speed, Sasuke's S/T technique is instant. Sasuke is only faster with S/T technique, however his striking speed is slower than Naruto's.

Sasuke can make it to his destination (albeit within its range) before Naruto could.
